Overview Join to apply for the Cleaning Team Member role at Adventist HealthCare Limited (Aus) . What You’ll Be Doing The Hospitality department is looking for casual cleaning staff, internally known as Ward Aids. You will work with the Hospitality team to help with tasks including cleaning patient rooms and ward areas, and assisting with catering services for the ward. Your role is to ensure cleaning procedures are followed to a high standard in clinical and non-clinical areas, creating a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and the community. You will provide excellent customer service to everyone you interact with. These are casual roles covering weekdays during the day between 7am and 6pm. You’ll need to be available for 3–5 shifts per week consistently. Who We’re Looking For You may have previous cleaning experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. You communicate clearly and professionally, interacting thoughtfully with patients, customers, and internal teams. You are comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a team. You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. You are self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently. You have a strong understanding of WHS safety and hygiene standards. You have Australian working rights (unrestricted). You need to be available for 3–5 days per week, Monday to Friday, for 8-hour shifts between 7am–6pm.
