Job Overview Gow Property is one of Perth's larger property & strata management companies and is seeking a dynamic person to assist our team of 4 Property Managers & 3 Strata Managers. Ideal Candidate Task Driven and able to work autonomously both at a desk and in the field Background in Real Estate preferably Property Management Sound computer skills and the ability to pick up and learn new software quickly. An office or facility management background would be an advantage An ability to deal with the public and fluent in English Meticulous and work with a high level of accuracy. Develop a good understanding of industry requirements Permanent Residence in Australia Have a current Property Management registration or be working toward obtaining one. Position Description The position suits a mature person who enjoys variety in their work and lives within a reasonable traveling distance to our office based in Jolimont. Having real estate experience and a good understanding of bookkeeping / accounting and general building / home maintenance will be an advantage. Responsibilities Assisting Strata & Property Managers Inspecting and Showing properties Processing Tenant Applications Administration, data entry and document preparation, management reports Assisting with Insurance, claims, and maintenance Health & Safety To ensure the health and safety of our team and clients, Gow Property requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or have a medical exemption) and proof of vaccination will be required for employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
