Prior experience in healthcare or allied health administration is a bonus—but passion, reliability, and a can-do attitude are what truly matter What You’ll Be Doing: Managing client bookings, appointments, and therapist schedules with precision via phone, email and in person. Providing top-tier customer service—greeting clients with a smile and ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing and maintaining records. Supporting our team of allied health professionals so they can focus on delivering excellent care. What’s in It for You?
