ABOUT THE ROLE Thiess is seeking Production Mining Operators - Truck, Multi Skilled and Excavator operators to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Caval Ridge Project in Moranbah, QLD. This role offers a lifestyle 7 / 7 Day Night rotating roster, with 12.5-hour shifts. We're currently seeking DIDO and BIBO applicants only for this position. As part of the Thiess team, you'll play a crucial role in: Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity. Adhering to Thiess’ safety standards and operational procedures. ABOUT YOU Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders or Excavators in a coal mining environment. Current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts), LMS documents. Current Standard 11 – Statement of Attainment. Current Driver’s Licence. A commitment to a positive safety culture. WHAT WE CAN OFFER Brand new EA for 2025 - Guaranteed pay rises (4% per year for the next 3 years) Competitive rates – skill-dependent, with the opportunity to earn up to $172,000.00 plus superannuation.
