This role focuses on business analysis, system configuration, testing, and supporting ongoing system enhancements across core business applications. The initial contract is for 12 months, with strong likelihood of extension based on upcoming work programs and ongoing systems development. Key Responsibilities: Capture, analyse and document business requirements Develop functional specifications and system documentation Map current and future-state processes Work with stakeholders to clarify business needs and system impacts Translate requirements into effective configuration and testing plans TechnologyOne ERP: Configure and support TechnologyOne Property & Rating or HR modules Maintain user documentation, training materials and system guides Ensure system accuracy and data integrity Testing and Change Support: Develop test scenarios, scripts and plans Conduct system testing and support UAT Document and communicate system changes to stakeholders Liaise with software vendors regarding fixes, issues and enhancements Training, Documentation and Collaboration: Deliver training for new or improved system functionality Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures Assist teams with business-specific process documentation Work with SMEs and BAU teams to resolve system or data issues Review system roles and access levels Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification or significant equivalent experience Experience with TechnologyOne (preferably Property & Rating or HR modules) Proven capability in business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation Experience with configuration, testing and application support Strong interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders Understanding of data structures, reporting and system integrations Please apply below or, to stay updated on similar opportunities, connect/contact Rosie: #J-18808-Ljbffr
