We manage a well-established rent roll of approximately 140 properties, supported by a highly experienced Senior Property Manager. We’re now seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager who is eager to build a long-term career in property management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is tech‑savvy, confident, organised, and keen to learn. The Role As our Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Senior Property Manager across all aspects of property management while gradually building your own capability and confidence. Core responsibilities include: Assist with routine inspections, documentation, and follow‑up reporting. Support leasing activities including enquiries, open homes, applications, and processing. Manage general tenant and landlord communication with professionalism and care. Assist with maintenance requests, coordinating trades, and monitoring job progress. Prepare tenancy documents, lease renewals, notices, and compliance paperwork. Update and maintain property management software and digital records. Provide administrative and organisational support to the Senior Property Manager. Learn and adopt new systems, technologies, and processes as the business evolves. About You You will ideally have: Experience in Real Estate A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle. A current Certificate of Registration. A positive, proactive, and professional attitude. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people. A genuine interest in the real estate industry and desire to build a long‑term career. Tech‑savvy mindset; comfortable with digital tools, apps, and property management systems. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
