Senior Technical Sales Representative-Industrial Filtration Products Clear Edge Filtration (Australia) is one of the global leaders in designing, manufacturing and supplying industrial filtration products and filter media to customer applications worldwide. With new growth and development of our Australian company an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and driven sales representative to introduce our filtration solutions to Western Australia. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity in a rapidly growing sector. We are looking for a full‑time senior technical sales representative with extensive working experience in the industrial filtration industry in the mining and wind energy sectors. Our ideal candidate will come with a long track record of being a ‘can‑do’, ‘will‑do’ solutions driven type of person, who can grow our company’s brand presence in the Western Australian mining and wind energy sectors, in particular. Our ideal candidate will be someone with strong people skills underpinned by a long and successful track record of sales excellence and employment tenure of at least 7 years in a similar field. We are not interested in job‑hoppers. The incumbent will report in to our Melbourne head‑office but be able and prepared to work independently and unsupervised. Responsibilities Develop and manage long‑term relationships with key clients in the mining and wind energy sectors, acting as the primary point of contact. Identify customer needs and align them with tailored hydraulic and lubrication solutions, including filtration systems, condition monitoring, and fluid management programs. Create and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and product penetration. Coordinate closely with engineering, service, and product management teams to deliver complete system solutions. Provide technical support and consultation during system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Conduct on‑site visits and audits to assess system performance and recommend improvements. Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, service agreements, and contract renewals. Track market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence. Education and Formal Experience 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success. Long tenure in previous positions will be very highly regarded. Proficient in English and excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Proficient in Salesforce. Excellent people skills to ensure the candidate can build long‑term relationships of business trust. Prepared to travel within Australia. Relevant tertiary qualifications, including a bachelor’s degree, are desirable. Remuneration In accordance with the seniority and experience required to be successful in this position, we are prepared to offer our ideal candidate a very attractive salary package, plus company vehicle.
