We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join Daikin as an Apprentice Service Technician in WA. You will learn a specialised trade with one of the industry’s leading brands, work alongside experienced Daikin Technicians during your apprenticeship, and gain valuable on-the-job training in the HVAC trade. As An Apprentice, You Will Learn to install, repair and service Daikin HVAC systems. Assist Service Technicians with daily maintenance work. Attend TAFE to successfully complete Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. A general apprenticeship will take 4 years to complete. A career opportunity to join Daikin as a permanent Service Technician may be offered at the end of your apprenticeship. About You To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the following: Completion of Year 12 with a proven competency in general mathematics. A proactive, positive and committed to finish the apprenticeship attitude. Current Valid Driver's License A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn Desire and passion to join the HVAC industry In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete the following prior to an offer of employment: Pre-employment Medical Assessment Obtaining a National Police Clearance Recruitment Process Received a copy of your resume & cover letter Invited to attend an interview Reference & Police Check Pre-employment Medical Start date will be best aligned with the commencement date with the TAFE course Why join us?
