We're a small, friendly team with a strong reputation for quality, honesty, and expert workmanship — and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Motorcycle Mechanic to join us full time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanic who loves working across a variety of bikes and wants to be part of a supportive workshop with real hands‑on involvement in our Supercross/Motocross Race Team. About the Role Servicing, repairs and diagnostics on road and dirt bikes. Engine rebuilds, carburettor/fuel system servicing, suspension work and performance upgrades. Electrical and diagnostic fault‑finding. Pre‑delivery setup and inspection. Fitting performance parts, accessories and custom upgrades. Maintaining an organised, safe and clean workshop. Assisting and guiding apprentices when needed. Preparing clear and accurate job notes and service records. Providing friendly, professional customer communication regarding repairs and recommendations. Occasional hands‑on support with our Supercross/Motocross Race Team. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic (trade‑qualified preferred). Minimum 3-4 years of motorcycle mechanic experience required. Strong technical skills working with both road bikes and dirt bikes. A current motorcycle licence (essential). A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to help mentor apprentices when required. Good written skills for job notes and work orders. Confident verbal communication for customer interactions. High attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Reliability, punctuality and strong work ethic. Valid Australian Work Visa required for this position.
