Based in Davenport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines on-ground time with dedicated non-contact time to support the program. The program operates Monday to Wednesday, and you will be supported by a team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community – kindness, reliance and teamwork. You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team. A Service Leader/ECT will lead the program and support you as part of a team of like-minded professionals. Your Skills And Experience You’re a skilled Diploma Qualified Educator with a track record supporting early learning programs. Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
