Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration - Chermside (QLD) Join to apply for the Client Care Representative at Neurosensory. We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands‑on Client Care / Admin professional at our hearing clinic in Chermside, located in the Chermside Medical Centre. This is a permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week) working Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. For the right candidate we will also consider permanent employment of up to 38 hours per week. Who are we? Neurosensory is a complete hearing health care company, with 25 clinics in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records Assisting with client and doctor enquiries Answering clinic phone calls and emails Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices Accurate billing of appointments Other general office duties What do you need to be successful in this role? A passion for delivering an amazing client experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience Demonstrated experience working within a team environment Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services Excellent computer skills A warm, collaborative, can‑do attitude Excellent problem‑solving skills Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time Why work with us?
