If so, we have the perfect role for you As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you’ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Calala Our service is a 66-place centre, which has been rated as ‘Exceeding’ in all 7 National Quality Standard areas The centre director of our service, Helen, has over 20 years of experience at Goodstart Calala and has previously been awarded Goodstart’s Employee of the Year for NSW Our long‑standing family base is a testament to the high‑quality services we provide to local children and the wider community.
