The Role & Why Join Us We’re on the hunt for an Area Business Manager to join us in New South Wales early 2026 In this role, you’ll bring fresh energy to our retail channels across Sydney Metro and help our brands shine. Access to The Harvest, our smart spending platform with retail discounts Key Responsibilities As Area Manager you will: Hit the road and build strong relationships with retail partners—think of yourself as the face of our brands Dive into sales performance and craft smart strategies to drive growth. Champion our wine brands in‑store and turn staff into passionate advocates. Keep compliance on point across core ranges and promotions. Share your wine wisdom with staff and customers through fun, informative sessions. Make sure merchandising and promotions look as good as the wines taste. Host tastings that leave everyone saying, “Wow, I need this bottle in my life” This isn’t just a role; it’s a chance to bring wine to life for people every day. The Ideal Candidate To crush it in this role, you will: Be super organised and ready to motivate yourself every single day. Know your Pinot Noir from your Pinot Grigio—basic wine knowledge is a must Ideally have experience in hospitality, liquor retail, or something similar. Be a confident communicator who can walk into a store and chat with Managers like a pro. Love data and know how to turn numbers into insights that make sense.
