What You Need To Succeed Completion of a doctoral qualification in relevant discipline area, and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Proven ability to effectively embed and deliver critical approaches to learning and teaching, including the innovative use of digital technologies and authentic assessment, resulting in quality student outcomes. Detailed understanding of critical theory and practice orientation as it applies to Social Work. Demonstrated success at developing internal and external partnerships that support and extend teaching and research. Successful track record of independent research, and track record of publishing original researchli> Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work collegially and cooperatively in a team environment.
