About the role We are currently seeking motivated personal care workers to join our team in the warrnambool area on a permanent part‑time/casual basis. The ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high‑quality care to our aged care clients within an in‑home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably Monday – Friday, 8am – 3:30pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores. Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities. Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service. Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors. Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values. Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill. Essential Qualifications & Requirements Able to travel around warrnambool. Completed Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or above. Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate. Experience working within the aged care sector or with elderly people is advantageous. Current Australian driver’s licence and own a registered vehicle with insurance. What’s it for you?
