About the Opportunities We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our Darwin team. Reporting to the Production Manager, your duties may include: Operation, adjustment and cleaning of machinery within our Dairy Processing Plant, such as milk pasteurisers, separators, rotary fillers, depalletisers, blow moulders and forklifts. Requirements Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Good attention to detail. Experience in a dairy food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. High level of attention to detail; good at fault finding and troubleshooting. Strong focus on quality and hygiene. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles – desirable. Excellent communication skills, including good numeracy and literacy. Ability to follow procedures and undertake quality checks. Strong focus towards health and safety. Experience performing labour intensive and repetitive tasks. High‑risk forklift licence highly regarded.
