Dental Reflections is seeking a passionate and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Joondalup, Western Australia. As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the oral health of our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment and contribute to the overall success of our dental practice, and days can be flexible. What you'll be doing Performing routine dental appointments to remove plaque, calculus, and stains from patients' teeth Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of good dental health Assisting dentists in the delivery of comprehensive dental care Maintaining detailed patient records and treatment plans on D4W Ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑organised work environment Collaborating with the dental team to provide the best possible care for our patients What we're looking for Registered Dental Hygienist Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with patients Proficient in the use of dental equipment and technologies including EMS Airflow machine Commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia What we offer At Dental Reflections, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
