The Role We are seeking an Advice Delivery Manager to lead and enhance our advice delivery function. This newly created role bridges advisers and support teams, ensuring advice is accurate, compliant, and client‑friendly . In addition to managing advice workflows, this role will take ownership of complex paraplanning tasks , supervise our offshore advice delivery team, and maintain systems and templates to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also provide management with insights on team performance and overall advice delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Paraplanning Excellence: Prepare and review complex Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) with the advice delivery team. Ensure advice strategies are technically sound and tailored to client objectives. Maintain up‑to‑date templates and implement best practices for compliance. Advice Delivery Oversight: Review advice requests and client files; conduct pre‑advice compliance checks. Liaise with advisers to clarify advice requirements and ensure completeness. Monitor implementation of advice documents and ensure audit readiness. Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Supervise and mentor offshore advice delivery team members. Drive process improvements and system enhancements (including Xplan task management). Assist in staff training and development initiatives. Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular performance reports to management on advice delivery KPIs. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. About You This role is ideal for a Senior Paraplanner or Technical Specialist seeking to broaden their responsibilities and influence advice delivery at a strategic level. Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies and compliance requirements. Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field and relevant financial planning qualifications. Advanced paraplanning experience with complex strategies. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial planning CRMs and other financial planning software.
