Our Vision Ultimate Shutter is taking a new approach to roller shutter installation. Instead of relying on subcontractors, we are employing installers directly on a full-time basis. This means stable work and consistent pay for you, and greater peace of mind for our customers who know their installation is completed by trained employees who take pride in their work. We are focused on providing high-quality installations and building strong customer relationships. This approach supports our growth plans, as customer satisfaction will naturally lead to more referrals and sales. About The Role This is a full-time opportunity , suitable for both experienced tradespeople and new installers. What we provide Company van and tools Full training Installation videos & guidelines Onsite and phone support 40+ hours per week (mostly Monday–Friday) Four weeks annual leave Travel allowances Strong long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities Measuring and installing roller shutters Assisting with production when required The Ideal Candidate Trade Background: Solid experience in carpentry, cabinet making, electrical, mechanical, or a similar trade is essential. Workmanship and Detail: Takes immense pride in high-quality workmanship. Possesses an exceptional eye for detail, demonstrating infinite attention to accuracy. Problem-Solving: Must be a highly skilled and resourceful problem solver. Professionalism and Conduct: Well-spoken, friendly, and professional in all interactions. Highly organised. Cleanliness: Demonstrates a meticulous standard of cleanliness (a "clean freak").
