This role provides the opportunity to: Work with cutting-edge AI technology to improve industrial asset performance Contribute directly to measurable improvements in uptime and operational efficiency Engage with diverse industrial clients across Europe Exciting aspects of the role: Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities to work on diverse industrial sites and complex equipment Career growth in a fast-growing, high-tech industry Be part of a team passionate about reliability, innovation, and AI-driven solutions Key Responsibilities Reliability & Maintenance Lead and execute reliability improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance of rotating equipment Develop strategies to minimize equipment failures and maximize uptime Condition Monitoring Oversee condition monitoring programs using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and other predictive maintenance techniques Identify potential equipment issues early and recommend corrective actions Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of condition monitoring systems at client facilities Ensure smooth integration of hardware and software components into existing plant systems Data Analysis & Insights Analyse condition monitoring data and generate comprehensive reports highlighting asset health, trends, and recommendations Translate technical findings into actionable business insights for clients Build and maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders across Europe Serve as a trusted advisor delivering measurable improvements in reliability performance Collaborate with sales, engineering, and technical support teams to ensure customer success Consultative & Cross-Functional Collaboration Engage with senior management and operations teams to demonstrate ROI and business impact Deliver training sessions and workshops to client teams on reliability engineering best practices Qualifications Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent 5+ years experience in reliability engineering, condition monitoring, or asset management Hands‑on experience with predictive maintenance techniques Fluency in English (additional European language is a strong advantage) Willingness and ability to travel frequently across EU and Turkey Preferred Certifications such as CAT II / CAT III, ISO 18436, CMRP, CRL Experience across multiple process industries (steel, cement, paper, rubber, chemical, paint, energy, etc.) Strong data analysis and reporting skills What We Offer Competitive total compensation aligned with experience Exposure to advanced industrial AI technology and diverse clients Exciting, high-impact role in a fast-growing, high-potential industry Career growth and professional development opportunities We will close the position at the earliest as soon as we find the right candidate.
