Join to apply for the Relationship Manager - Unions role at Australian Retirement Trust Brisbane Are you ready to shape the future of superannuation through meaningful relationships? As our next Relationship Manager – Unions, you’ll be the driving force behind building trusted partnerships, advocating for members, and unlocking growth opportunities across Australia’s union landscape. This is your chance to lead with purpose and make a real impact where it matters most. Why join us? You’ll get 14% super as standard, to help your future come alive. Unleash your potential and build a career to be proud of through excellent training and development opportunities. Balance your work between in‑person days at our purpose‑built hubs and working from home. In the office, enjoy end‑of‑trip facilities, a yoga and multi‑faith room, parent and carer rooms, quiet rooms, BrewHub coffee facilities, and collaborative team spaces. About the Role We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Relationship Manager – Unions to help redefine and grow our partnerships with unions across Australia. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful impact by building trusted relationships, championing member education, and positioning Australian Retirement Trust as a leading voice in superannuation and retirement. Day to Day Strengthen and expand ART’s relationships with existing and new union partners. Identify high‑potential industries and union‑led opportunities to drive national growth. Act as a trusted advisor—delivering member education, advice, and insights in their best financial interests. Champion shared values and advocacy to support our mutual membership. Collaborate across teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes. This role is permanent opportunity based in Brisbane. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top‑notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: You’ve built a strong foundation in relationship management, business development, or member engagement—ideally working with unions or within the profit‑for‑member superannuation sector. You know how to build trust and influence, and you’ve got a proven track record of forming partnerships that deliver real value for everyone involved. You’re a confident communicator and presenter, able to connect with union leaders, internal teams, and stakeholders at every level. You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive when working independently—you don’t wait for direction, you create momentum. You bring relevant qualifications in superannuation, commerce, finance, marketing, or industrial relations that support your strategic thinking. You understand the ins and outs of superannuation legislation and compliance, and you’re RG146 certified. You’re passionate about advocating for members’ best financial interests and collaborating with others to make it happen. You hold a current driver’s licence and you’re ready to travel when needed to build and maintain strong national relationships. About us Our 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings. And we help them take charge of their finances and face the future with confidence. Our inclusive culture means you’ll be valued and heard in a respectful workplace. We've created an environment where you can be yourself and do amazing work. It's that simple. Apply online now Everyone is welcome to apply. We value diverse thinking, cultures, perspectives, backgrounds, and abilities. Awaken your career at Australian Retirement Trust and apply now. Applications close Sunday, 23 November 2025. We don’t want to leave you with a monstrous wait. So, you’ll hear from us after the closing date to find out whether you’ve made it through to the next round or not. Being fair and up‑front is important to us – and recruitment is no different. #J-18808-Ljbffr
