Diversity Recruitment Specialist - Maryborough IMPACT Community Services is proud to announce our successful partnership with CoAct under the Inclusive Employment Australia program. This transformative 5-year initiative will empower the Fraser Coast community through inclusive employment solutions. We are seeking a passionate, driven professional to join our Fraser Coast team as a Diversity Recruitment Specialist . In this role, you will support people with disabilities to find meaningful work, deliver job-readiness workshops, and partner with employers to create accessible workplaces. Make a real difference in your community What you will be doing: Create inclusive employment pathways for people with disabilities. Provide tailored one‑on‑one job search support and guidance. Deliver engaging workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job readiness. Build and maintain strong relationships with inclusive employers. Monitor placements and assess workplace compatibility. Coordinate wage subsidy agreements and ensure compliance. Develop employer profiles and targeted marketing strategies. Represent IMPACT at job fairs, expos, and community events. Integrate cultural awareness and cross‑cultural communication into all interactions. What you'll need to succeed: Frontline experience within an employment services provider. Diverse skills and perspectives from both within and beyond the sector are valued. Frontline staff without lived experience of disability or at least three (3) years of industry experience must hold or be actively working towards a relevant qualification. Relevant qualifications include (but are not limited to): Certificate IV or higher in Community Services Employment Services Disability Support Career Development Why IMPACT?
