We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Designer to lead the design of a secure, scalable Workday platform covering HR, Payroll, and Finance for a leading Australian financial services organization. While the official title is Solution Designer, the role operates at an architect level, defining the end‑to‑end solution, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring long‑term scalability, compliance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems. The organization is currently running a major digital transformation program to modernize its Workday platform and values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, offering a high‑impact, enterprise‑wide opportunity to shape a solution that will support the business for years to come. About You Deep expertise in Workday design and architecture, including HR, Payroll, and Finance modules. Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and integration tools. Experience in identity and access management in an enterprise Workday or Microsoft environment (SAML, OAuth, role‑based access control, SCIM). Proven ability to design secure, scalable solutions with enterprise integration patterns and data flows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Workday or architecture certifications (e.g., Workday Integration, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect) are highly desirable. Ability to balance short‑term delivery needs with long‑term strategic objectives.
