You will have the ability to develop relationships with our elderly clients from the very first phone call and really make a difference in their lives. Responsibilities Assisting with client goal setting and promoting holistic wellbeing Monitoring client progress and satisfaction through regular engagement Conducting assessments, developing support plans, and implementing clinical and care interventions Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with aged care regulations Using IT skills (e.g. Outlook and Word; training will be provided in our own database) Exhibiting strong customer service skills, friendly telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrating superior time management and attention to detail Being flexible and able to change direction due to priority changes Engaging in education, networking, marketing in the community Qualifications and Requirements RN qualifications and AHPRA registration Experience within a community setting Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Current unrestricted driver’s licence NDIS Worker Clearance or National Police Clearance Evidence of right to work in Australia What We Offer Attractive salary (plus superannuation) with salary packaging options including remote packaging, due to non‑profit status Company vehicles available for client visits Commitment to your growth with ongoing training Working closely with a small team Fulltime, office‑based role located in Moonta on the Yorke Peninsula How to Apply Please send your Cover Letter and Resume to Human Resources at 7‑12 Majors Road, NORTH MOONTA SA 5558 or email **@mhaacs.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
