Direct Chemist Outlet is one of Australia's fastest-growing pharmacy groups, with over 140 locations across QLD, NSW, SA, the ACT, and VIC As an independently owned group, we’re all about people, passion, and progress What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering friendly and professional customer services as well as assisting with dispensary tasks, including S2/S3 sales and general service Assisting the pharmacist with accurate prescription dispensing Handling stock control – ordering, rotating, and storing stock Supporting Webster packing services for patients in the community The Webster Packing Role Includes: Running patient profiles using Fred My Pak Dispensing medications via Fred Dispense Packing and organising Webster packs for daily delivery Liaising with doctors, specialists, and carers Who We’re Looking For: Previous dispensary technician experience is essential - a certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy would be ideal Experience with Fred Dispense and POSWorks software is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ready to Make a Difference?
