We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of Salesforce and digital transformation initiatives, including solutions supporting grants management processes. This role will oversee planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful rollout across complex enterprise programs. You will operate in an agile environment, applying Scrum frameworks and best-practice delivery methodologies to ensure predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle for Salesforce and digital initiatives, with a strong focus on implementation of Salesforce-based grants management solutions . Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to facilitate ceremonies, optimise team performance, and remove impediments. Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, BAs, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical and business requirements. Oversee vendor relationships, contract management, and delivery performance where applicable. Develop and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, RAID logs, resource plans, and status reporting. Engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across business and technology. Ensure readiness for deployment, including user training, change management, and post-implementation support. Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, governance, and agile maturity. Required Experience Proven experience delivering and implementing Salesforce CRM solutions , ideally including grants management or case management modules. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum Master experience highly regarded). Demonstrated capability managing multi-stream, cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within enterprise environments, ideally in government. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, vendors, and contract negotiations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
