Solitaire Automotive is currently seeking experienced and talented Automotive Technicians with a strong technical background in any of the following brands : Volvo, Alfa Romero, Fiat, Abarth, Jaguar Land Rover, Audi and Volkswagen. We have excellent opportunities waiting for an experienced Automotive Technicians to obtain long-term and secure employment within our Service Team. Responsibilities Reporting to the Service Manager Perform quality servicing maintenance and repairs of vehicles Identifying and repairing technical issues Identifying additional work as required Completing quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions Conducting quality checks on all work Carry out repair work and maintenance as per dealership requirements Liaising with parts department where necessary with parts ordering Maintaining a sound knowledge of products Ensure RO's are completed in a timely manner Qualifications Formal trade qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience Excellent diagnostic skills Sound communications skills; both written and verbal Possess a "can-do" attitude Hard working, reliable, and professional Experience working with European vehicles is highly desirable, however, training will be provided to the right candidate Salary & Benefits The salary range is from $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate to experience, qualifications, and skills - this is base salary. Automotive Technicians can also earn up to $2,000 per month for performance bonus. Sponsorship will be considered for quality candidates.
