Disaster Relief Australia (DRA) is seeking a talented professional to support the development of high-quality, engaging eLearning content that empowers volunteers to help communities recover from disasters. About the Role This is a short-term, full-time contract role (3 months) for an experienced eLearning Developer who can hit the ground running:You’llwork closely with our Instructional Designer to create innovative, interactive online learning experiences that enhance our volunteers’ capacity to deliver extraordinary results in disaster-affected communities. With an urgent list of courses to develop, we need someone ready to jump in. WhatYou’llDo Collaborate with the Instructional Designer to create and refine high-quality eLearning modules and instructional videos. Leverage advanced tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, After Effects) to deliver engaging multimedia learning experiences. Ensure courses are intuitive, interactive, and aligned with DRA’s mission and standards. Incorporate feedback to continuously improve training materials. Document workflows and project assets to ensure a smooth handover. Desired Skills and Experience About You You’rean expert in eLearning tools and multimedia software, with advanced skills in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud. You’reexperienced in developing interactive, high-quality training materials. You can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, andmaintainattention to detail. You’rea creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional results. You have excellent communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments. You have qualifications in eLearning Design & Development, Multimedia Design,Educational Technologies or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You have a minimum of 3 yearsof eLearning developmentexperience You can provide aportfoliofeaturing relevant work samplesdemonstratingyour eLearning development workand yourcapabilities in media design and use of eLearning tools.A portfolio of your workis required tobe considered for this position.
