We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to help build brand-new products from the ground up using ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and our Design System. You’ll work with modern tools like Vite and Storybook, focus on creating fast, high-quality user experiences, and ship features quickly thanks to established patterns and strong developer practices. Responsibilities Developing high quality, well unit tested sets of functionality Being involved in the review of the structure and code practices of the Design System team. Building web react apps using NextJs and our design system across the Reckon Platform. Be aware of and potentially involved with the building cross platform react native apps for the Reckon Platform Being involved in performing code reviews for others Working with the AWS platform to deliver high value, highly available and highly scalable solutions Active contribution to the design of the solutions Working collaboratively with the Architects to validate solution designs Being proactive to identify/prototype the best solutions/technology sets necessary to deliver the right outcome Being responsible for or contributing to the deployment mechanisms and the release of the solutions Keeping current on the latest development technologies and techniques Working with Scrum Master and Product Owner to identify issues, risks, delays, blockers etc Demonstrable real-world React experience with a project that has been publicly released The flexibility to try working with React Native Being a team player Great verbal and written communication skills 3+ years Development experience across a number of languages and platforms Unit testing experience using Jest / Mocha / Enzyme Experience with the full stack of application development, not just mobile.
