Location: Toowoomba - Allied Health Centre As an Intrinsic Health Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community. Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention Running individual and group exercise programs, re‑enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome) NDIS Worker Screening & WWC Check (or willingness to obtain) Driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Commitment to continuous improvement and client‑centred practice We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Custodians of the land on which we work, and recognise that the concepts of land, family and spirituality are directly linked to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' physical, mental, social, spiritual and cultural wellbeing.
