Customer & Commercial (C&C) team, with
responsibility for overseeing and optimising project management processes within our Program Management Office (PMO).
Supporting global commercial platform leads in managing project progress, budgets, risks and benefits realisation will be an important aspect of the role, as will fostering a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes.

Key responsibilities will include:Leading and managing customer and commercial PMO from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectivesWorking closely with the finance team to manage inputs for the global customer and commercial budgetChampioning the PMO processes and systems for commercial including prioritisation, conducting monthly program reviews and providing status updates to customer and commercialMonitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as requiredWhat you’ll need to bringWe’ll expect you to have strong analytical skills, a real customer focus and the ability to inspire others and build high performing teams.
Agricultural industry experience, while not essential, would be useful too, as would
an
