Our Noosa store is proudly locally owned and operated, and we’re looking for a passionate and hands‑on Assistant Manager to help lead our team on the sales floor. Responsibilities Lead by example—actively sell on the floor, build genuine customer connections, and deliver outstanding service Share your footwear expertise to help customers find the perfect fit and performance solution Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations and team leadership Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence Drive individual and team performance to meet store targets Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across all product areas Take an active role in stock replenishment and store organisation Help foster a positive, energetic, and team‑focused culture Qualifications Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience (ideally in footwear or sports retail) Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for helping people through expert product advice Confident, hands‑on leader who leads from the front and sells alongside the team Great communicator with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire others Organised, reliable, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment Physically capable of performing all retail floor tasks, including restocking and stock handling Days / Hours Days/Hours We are open 7 days a week (only 10am–3pm Sundays). Weekend availability will be required on a variable roster. We aim to provide a balanced and fair schedule for all team members.
