As an Assistant Director you will support the Director in day‑to‑day operations of the campus, support the team of educators, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years. What We're Looking For A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher) 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS A supportive and proactive leadership style Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills A full‑time, can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do Diversity & Inclusion At Only About Children we have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and we want you to bring your whole self to work.
