Job Description Excel is looking for passionate people who are excited about exceptional services, for a long‑term stable opportunity. The focus of this role is to deliver industry leading concierge services to residents of high‑end Sydney apartment complexes. Our concierge acts as the face of the building and provides a professional welcome to residents and exceptional service experiences that bond Excel to the clients and their guests. What You Will Be Doing: Providing all residents and guests with a 5‑star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services. Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to by‑laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing. Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds. Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries. Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry‑cleaning. Internal and external patrolling. Completing incident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies. Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable. Working hours: Varied shifts 24/7 – Morning 7am to 3pm / Afternoon 3pm to 11pm / Overnight 11pm to 7am Qualifications – Must Have Availability to work late nights and weekends. Ability to build rapport with residents and establish cooperative relationships with the team. Front‑of‑house or customer service experience. Proven quality written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e‑mail and BuildingLink). Your Strengths Capability to work within a team environment and follow site procedures and company policies. Be professionally presented. Punctuality and proactivity. Additional Information Applicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia. If successful in the recruitment process, you will be required to present your Police Check. Uniform is provided: MEN UNIFORM – Black business suit, shirt, tie, and name badge. LADIES UNIFORM – Black business suit, shirt, scarf, and name badge. Training is provided prior to the first shift. Immediate start is available.
