Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics implementation. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure the platform is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics (CE/F&O) implementation. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules. Oversee solution design, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required. Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, vendors, and external consultants. Ensure project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication are maintained. Support change management and adoption initiatives. Key Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale CRM implementations, ideally MS Dynamics. Strong understanding of CRM delivery methodology. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and vendor teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities. Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
