Now, we’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Store Leader to lead our Domain Townsville team and bring that mission to life. As the Store Leader, you'll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs. Day in the Life Drive business performance by leading your team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service and strategic sales execution. Coach and develop your team by identifying skill gaps, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of growth and succession planning. You’ll play a key role in developing future leaders and retaining top talent. Lead operational excellence by managing stock sell-through, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance across payroll, rostering, and store procedures. Build smart, commercial rosters that align with wage benchmarks and ensure the most productive team members are on the floor during peak trading hours.
