The Role and the Team As a key member of the Capital Portfolio Management Branch leadership group, you’ll lead a team of investment analysts to manage the funded capital investments portfolio (The Airservices Investment Plan). This function includes (but is not limited to) the development and management of the Airservices Capital Allocation Plan for funded investments, and stakeholder engagement into project teams to enable detailed analysis, tracking and reporting of budget and forecasting. The team will work closely with the investment pipeline team to ensure high‑priority initiatives are captured in the investment plan. You’ll work closely with portfolio leads, project managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and informed investment decisions. What You Will Bring Experience: Considerable expertise in capital investment finance or similar discipline, with strong financial acumen and exposure to investment prioritisation. Skills: Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to create compelling presentations and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or relevant experience. Attributes: Adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to fostering a ‘can‑do’ culture within your team.
