We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Bryon Bay on a permanent part-time basis . In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, providing phone and email customer service, sales, and support . Core responsibilities include: Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from domestic customers Proactively making outbound calls to existing customers to promote our products and services Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately Invoicing as required Scheduling appointments for residential customers Converting inquiries into sales opportunities Liaising with colleagues Meeting call and sales targets Maintaining customer databases with accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance Requirements: Experience in customer service or call centre environments (essential) Experience in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales Ability to work with multiple database systems and email programs; experience with Word and spreadsheets is desirable Strong verbal and electronic communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and multi-task Proven problem-solving skills Focus on delivering a 'wow' customer experience Team player Professional, reliable, punctual Accurate data entry skills As part of the recruitment process, pre-employment medical and reference checks will be required.
