Our client is a leader in asphalt, paving, road construction and maintenance. Due to a high demand for services, they are currently looking for Labourers and HR Drivers to join their road repair crew. These positions will involve regional travel throughout NSW, following the road crew to designated projects. Attractive living away from home allowances are provided on top of hourly pay rate. Main Duties Assist in the pouring, smoothing setting & sealing of asphalt roads Raking, sweeping, cleaning & lining for preparation Loading & unloading materials & equipment Operation of crew truck - Minimum MR truck license required (HR Preferred) Operating machinery & heavy equipment What we can offer you A fantastic team to work with + supportive management A local team to support you on your career journey What you'll need to succeed A can‑do attitude, willingness to be trained on the job & high adherence to safety in the workplace A physical capability to perform manual work Ability to work away from home when required MR (minimum) truck licence (HR preferred) Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug & alcohol test Forklift Licence (desirable, though not essential) To apply, please follow the link.
