Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Great opportunity to become part of a dedicated Telecommunications Team supporting regional internet infrastructure across the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. This full-time role offers a 4-day working week and the chance to work on meaningful infrastructure projects. Essential Criteria Engineering qualifications (Degree, Diploma or equivalent) in Computer Networking, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year experience in a networking or systems engineering role. Demonstrated experience in project delivery and technical operations. Sound Information Technology (IT) skills, including network configuration and troubleshooting. Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work remotely or relocate as required, including at least three (3) nights away from home per week. Capability to undertake the full range of a Computer Network and Systems Engineer’s responsibilities, including: Designing and maintaining wireless and fibre-based network infrastructure. Configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Monitoring performance and resolving connectivity issues. Managing documentation, budgets, and reporting. Liaising with clients and internal teams. Supporting network expansion and service delivery improvements. Required Documents Full valid West Australian Drivers Licence or equivalent. Current First Aid Certificate. National Police Clearance or equivalent – not less than three (3) months old. Full working rights to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa). Benefits Attractive salary package: $76,515 + Superannuation. Small, dedicated team environment. Autonomous working conditions. 4 days on & 3 days off.
