We’re seeking a talented professional with experience in driving strategic alignment, enterprise performance and shaping outcomes at scale. The Opportunity Play a central role in driving enterprise alignment, integration and strategic execution across the organisation. This includes prioritising funding for projects and initiatives that deliver the most strategic value to the organisation. Working directly with the CEO and Executive Team, you will: Build strong, trust-based relationships across Executive and Senior Leadership teams to drive strategic outcomes and foster cross-functional collaboration. Drive strategic leadership and enterprise alignment. Translate the business’s strategic directions into actionable frameworks and measurable plans that guide enterprise-wide discipline and execution. Provide high-quality, enterprise-level advice that promotes alignment across strategy, planning, and execution. Identify complex strategic issues early, and resolve by maintaining coherence across decisions, priorities, and performance outcomes. Deliver executive advisory and strategic performance support. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Executive and Board - providing insight and guidance on high-impact, complex matters, and representing the CEO’s perspective on critical enterprise issues. Support timely, informed decision-making through robust planning, performance monitoring, and strategic reporting frameworks. Background in Policy, Strategy and Corporate Development.
