You’ll provide expert advice, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for both pets and their families. What You’ll Do: Convert inquiries into bookings through professional consultation Coordinate pet travel logistics from start to finish Communicate clearly with clients via phone and email Problem-solve any travel disruptions with a calm and proactive approach Collaborate with airlines, transport teams, and agents to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel regulations Who You Are: Sales‑driven with a strong ability to close deals Logistically minded to read schedules for new bookings A great communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette Highly organised with great attention to detail A problem‑solver who can think on their feet Tech‑savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Experience in sales, travel, logistics, pet transport or freight forwarding is a plus Work Schedule & Pay: Full‑Time: $27–$35 per hour | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (based on experience) Join us at Departure Pets and help families reunite with their beloved pets—because their journey matters as much as theirs Apply now and become part of a team that truly cares #J-18808-Ljbffr
