We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic growth. About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead the accounting and finance teams, oversee financial processes, and provide expert insights to support decision‑making across the business. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on compliance, reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting and finance teams. Deliver high‑level financial analysis and strategic advice. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure management. Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with US and Australian standards. Drive process improvements and risk minimisation strategies. Manage statutory obligations including BAS, FBT, PAYG, and GST. Coordinate annual audits and financial reporting (US and local). Support internal audit and SOX compliance. Contribute to board reporting and Power BI analytics. Assist with payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and vehicle fleet management. About You You're a confident leader with a passion for financial excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting. CA / CPA qualified. Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting roles. Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
