Design Manager – Teachers Mutual Bank Limited Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Salary: A$170,000.00 – A$180,000.00 A 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract to bring design skills to life, creating stunning assets and shaping our new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. About the Role You’ll be part of a creative team that drives innovation and brand excellence. Your primary focus will be both day‑to‑day BAU design work and a major DAM rollout. Key Responsibilities Create engaging designs for websites, web assets, social media, and print campaigns. Upload and tag assets into the DAM system to streamline workflows. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to bring ideas to life. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision. Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs. Stay ahead of design trends and inject fresh creativity into everything you do. About You You’re a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy collaborating with others, and can juggle multiple projects without compromising quality. Skills and Experience Proven design experience in either client‑side or agency environments. Ability to design across both digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Bonus points for experience with DAM tools, Figma, Workfront, or HTML basics.
