of the healthcare industry in Australia.The Real-World Evidence (RWE) team works on a broad range of activities to support our base of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer healthcare industry clients in the generation of high-quality real-world evidence (RWE), this includes:Execution of real-world studies using a range of methods (e.g., retrospective, prospective, “mixed methods”) to develop scientific publications for peer reviewed

journals

Development digital health initiatives to help understand and improve the patient

experience

Development of thought leadership used to engage our core client base, government bodies & patient

groups

Creation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AIML) algorithms to support disease diagnosis & treatment

optimisation

Our ideal

candidate will have strong analytical skills, a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. A willingness to learn and the ability to produce client-ready deliverables is essential. In this role, you will not only provide support for specific projects but will also be involved in proposal preparation on an ad-hoc basis, which includes conducting literature reviews and preparing slides. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to our ongoing projects and growth.This role involves supporting workstreams and client engagements under senior guidance,

assisting

in the creation of key deliverables, and contributing to client meetings and workshops. You will also support sales and proposal development, conduct specific research, engage with existing and potential partners, and proactively learn about consulting methodologies, observational research, and the life sciences market.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree

3+ years' work experience in healthcare / life science or data-focused role

Ability to conduct independent research and information gathering and to communicate findings to internal / external stakeholders
