About the Role Permanent Part‑Time Disability Support Workers are needed for group homes in Wyong and Killarney Vale, supporting clients with complex mental health and challenging behaviours. What You’ll Do Support individuals to live safely, meaningfully, and independently Promote active participation and community inclusion Implement behaviour support strategies and uphold best practice Provide daily living support, social engagement, and goal‑focused activities Complete clear and accurate documentation, including progress notes and incident reports Advocate for participant rights, safety, and wellbeing Key Requirements Availability Monday–Sunday on a rotating roster Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or complex behaviours Minimum of 1 year supporting people with disabilities Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to work proactively within a team and follow structured support plans Competent in using Client Record Management Systems (training provided) Comfortable writing reports, notes, and documentation Reliable, professional, and committed to participant‑focused support Registered and insured motor vehicle Qualifications & Mandatory Checks Valid Australian Driver’s Licence Current First Aid & CPR Working With Children Check (WWCC) NDIS Worker Screening Check NDIS New Worker Orientation Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care, or Individual Support – up to half of the certifications can be obtained after commencement What We’re Looking For Staff who genuinely want to work consistent PPT hours Positive, motivated attitude Willingness to learn and follow behaviour support strategies Team players who value a supportive workplace culture Those committed to high‑quality, person‑centred care Ready to Join Us?
