About the Opportunity As the FP&A Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a major business segment. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, support, and consolidate internal financial performance management and reporting, including variance and trend analysis. Deliver insightful commentary on performance drivers and prepare scenario/sensitivity analysis and cost driver models. Lead the consolidated monthly forecast, annual budget, and strategy processes - ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop best-practice dashboards for financial analysis, commercial evaluation, and market insights. Provide functional department support for forecast and budget cost management. Drive process improvements, standardisation, and governance across finance systems.
