Whether it’s a la carte service, group bookings, or special events, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences. Essential Requirements Australian working rights Current NSW RSA Certificate Fluent in English Hospitality Diploma and/or 1-3 years of experience as a Wine Waiter / Sommelier Food & wine pairing experience Ability to keep cool under pressure Excellent attention to detail Impeccable grooming standards Preferred Requirements Minimum WSET Level 2 or equivalent Bonus points for speaking Italian Your Role Will Include Crafting delightful food & wine pairings for our guests Ongoing drinks service and supporting section waiters Assisting with clearing and replacing glassware What’s in it for You?
