Financial Controller

IWC is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance function and strengthen financial governance, reporting quality and operational performance. This senior role oversees all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, compliance, and financial risk. You’ll work closely with the COO and Executive Team while supporting a finance team (AP, AR, Payroll, Accountant). You will also provide direct oversight of high-risk and strategic work, including Board reporting and capital projects. Key Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, corporate accounting and audit processes Manage AP, AR, Payroll, GL, billing and month-end/year-end cycles Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial statements Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial governance Support major projects and Board reporting Lead and mentor the finance team What You Bring Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant CA/CPA/CMA (preferred) with 5+ years’ accounting/finance experience Strong technical accounting knowledge and compliance experience Advanced financial reporting, budgeting and analysis skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong systems capability and attention to detail Why IWC?
