Your New Role The classroom teacher is the major in‑school influence on student achievement and plays a key role in facilitating effective learning and teaching. You will be an effective member of a collaborative team that prioritises student learning and wellbeing. What We Can Offer Temporary Part‑Time Maternity/Leave Replacement positions Commencing 27 January 2026 until 18 December 2026 Discounted Bupa Health insurance Salary packaging through Maxxia Access to our Employee Assistance Programme through THRIVE Psychology Essential Criteria Accreditation to teach RE in the Wagga Diocese (or willingness to obtain) and a commitment to the Catholic faith Ability to develop and deliver a differentiated curriculum reflecting data and quality assessment practices Experience with collaborative or team teaching Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community Experience or interest in a Key Learning Area (desirable) Ability to manage behaviour positively and restoratively Ability to work across Early Stage 1 to Stage 3 Current Working with Children Check Current NESA Accreditation Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category B, or working towards accreditation) Desirable Criteria Specialised Creative Arts skills such as music, dance, and drama Applicants Graduate or early career teachers are encouraged to apply.
